Harris Balcombe recently attended Oval Insurance Brokers' annual Client Service conference in London. Over 150 Oval staff from across their branch network attended the event. As well as being one of the sponsors of the conference two of our team also gave a presentation about how to add value to the client service proposition through the claims process.
Harris Balcombe Partners, Paul Lawrence, Jonathon Samuelson and Nick Balcombe attended the event. Jonathan delivered the presentation using a case study to highlight how outsourced claims services can positively impact on settlements and outcomes for Oval’s customers.
