Most of our clients will already know about our contribution to the BI policy wording debate. Jonathan Samuelson, our BI expert ran workshops at this year's BIBA Conference and also sits on the SIG (Special Interest Group) Board.
He and some of the Harris Balcombe team attended the recently held CILA Conference to take part in discussions on the subject. CILA has been leading a cross-disciplinary team to identify the problems encountered with BI policy wordings and to recommend potential solutions.
