He specialises in complex business interruption and product recall claims, regularly working on behalf of multinational food and packaging groups.
A member of the CII and a fellow of ICAEW, he frequently lectures for CII and other insurance industry bodies, besides running seminars and training workshops for brokers.
He is a member of the steering group that produced the business interruption policy wording review published by the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and the Insurance Institute of London in 2013.
