Mark has been negotiating and managing domestic and commercial material damage claims for over 15 years, and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

With an extensive 27-year tenure in the insurance industry, Mark commenced his career as a claims handler at McLaren Toplis, then Crawford & Company before joining Harris Balcombe 19 years ago as a Trainee Loss Assessor.

Mark is an experienced loss assessor specialising in major and complex material damage losses. With a focus on commercial customers, whilst also having vast experience with domestic clients, he excels at assessing and documenting the extent of large and complex losses and negotiating with insurance companies and their appointed representatives.
