A Fellow of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors, Nick is also the only UK claims expert who is a member of the USA’s National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, where he holds the title of Senior Professional Public Adjuster.
He has over 50 years’ experience in the industry, and specialises in negotiating complex and major claims. Previous incidents he has worked on include the earthquake in Christchurch, the September 11th attacks on the Twin Towers, and hurricanes Andrew, Gilbert and Sandy, as well as major crises in Dubai, Valencia, Madrid, Paris and Brussels.
He has been involved in many working parties dedicated to improving the industry, and currently sits on the BIBA claims initiative group.
