Harris Balcombe are currently working on a major building claim for the landlord of the above after a catastrophic fire devastated the Aberdeen premises in February.

The blaze broke out at the Chinese buffet and bar, located on the Beach Esplanade, at around 4:30am on Thursday 20th February. Despite the best efforts of the ten fire crews who attended, the flames spread up the building and across the roof.
It took more than 50 firefighters over 12 hours to entirely put out the fire, by which time the contents and interior of the restaurant had been completely destroyed. Neighbouring businesses TC Fish Restaurant, the Pier Bistro and ADS Janitorial were also badly damaged. The site was secured immediately after the incident, and an investigation is currently underway.
